  1. Field convertible to propane gas as shipped from factory.

  3. "DS" prefix or suffix indicates 24 volt direct spark ignition.
  4. "B" suffix indicates 24 volt controls and valves.
  5. "A" suffix is an "In House" code regrading the retention plate.
  6. "BA" suffix indicates a combination of B suffix and A suffix.
  7. E20B and 400B-02 have constant standing pilots; EC and RE4000 burners offer electronic spark ignition.
The Economite is designed to operate over a widerange of gas residential, commercial boilers and furnace applications providing a long lasting, trouble free gas fired installation of unexcelled efficiency. A small, silent multivane blower furnishes air in the correct amount for complete combustion regardless of varying flue drafts. The burner is shipped fully assembled, fire tested and ready for installation. When compared to atmospheric burners, the Midco Economite power burners cut fuel costs by a minimum of 10%. Power gas burner design puts all the components outside the fire box and away from heat. Components last longer, service is easier and maintenance cost reduced.
